We found out with our current seo & marketing firm that they made mistakes on coding, SEO and also they outsource the work to India. (Notice his google photos?) 365 paid him on time at all times when asked or invoiced. however, the website worked was delayed for over 4 months when he promised the turnover to be 2 months. Not great in communication. He made numerous mistakes; big mistake was the logo which cost us money to recreate the logo and re-print all marketing materials. Lastly, when asked about the mistake, Rob brushes it off under the rug and argues back. Unprofessional team." Rob did nothing to rectify his actions, argued over the phone as opposed to constructive business calls etc. Due to the lack of work, not meeting expectations, deadlines, and just unprofessional work ethic and tone we chose cancel his services. After all this he also chose to write a negative review about 365. Have tried calling you all morning and you don't answer the phone either, good job! If you remember we spoke with you on the phone regarding your services and why the delay a few months back. It's a shame you have no recollection. Rob also used without permission our company name, logos and seo settings (as gazz consulting website populates when searching 365BooksPro) to help give his company a competitive advantage under their website tab "portfolio". We have contacted Rob via email and phone asking to remove by Friday 9-14-2018. Rob stated it would be looked into...does not sound promising.”

I wired them a nice chunk of my savings (I’m in my 20’s, so I won’t be flat broke but it was still a healthy investment) in April 2018 for services that were supposed to take a few weeks. After months of begging them to send me work, CloudSoft Mobile acknowledged that my project had fallen through the cracks. This was after multiple e-mails from them saying my project was in hand and only a few things had to be finished up. Their assurances were outright lies. At this point it was mid-August (4 months after I paid them). I asked if I could have a refund. They refused. They decided they would give me a credit. Ok fine. We started the project completely over. I asked for a written version of the proposal and they never sent it. It’s now November 27th and I have received absolutely ZERO work from CloudSoft Mobile. Again, I have multiple e-mails telling me “it’s almost ready”. I have been trying to work with their salesperson (Kurt) to come to a resolution. He was still completely unwilling to give me a refund or ANY reimbursement. Instead he wants to make a NEW contract (this would be our third) which would include an NDA that doesn’t allow me to write reviews on this company in a public forum. When I told Kurt that I wouldn’t be signing an NDA that bars me from reviewing their company, he threatened to “expose” my idea and make sure I NEVER break into the business I hired them to help me with. He also sprinkled a few “honies” and “little girls” in there if you’re a fan of misogyny. Be very clear, I am out a few thousand dollars and have gotten absolutely nothing from this company. They have outright lied to me about the status of my project, and now they’re threatening to expose proprietary information about my project as a revenge tactic. Save yourself and do not use this company.”

My Experience with ClickFlame

“I'm a freelance content writer. I did a job for ClickFlame, after which a second job was sent. My first contact with ClickFlame was 9th July 2019. I was given 37 keywords to write 37 articles. I asked for any special instructions if any. They needed the first 10 urgently. So I had to work extra hard to deliver. I sent them 10 topics for approval. They approved immediately. I wrote the first 10 articles and asked for feedback they approved and even asked me to go ahead with the remaining. So I went ahead and completed the whole job. They were to pay after a week of job completion but they failed and gave me excuses that I now understand were deliberate acts. With a promise to pay and a date given they sent 8 keywords for a second batch of articles. I saw them as a company that won't go so Iow to deny me payment so I obliged. I sent topics for approval. They approved and I delivered the job. No complaint about my writing at all. In total 45 articles of 500 words. When the time to pay came ClickFlame gave me the first date to send payment, they didn't pay. Another date was agreed on they still failed. They kept postponing dates until it now 3 months. Instead of honorably saying they don't have the money to pay and see if I could forgive them and move on. What they came up with to rob me is that the content I wrote was unusable. So I thought if the content I wrote was not used, why make all the repeated promises to pay? Why all the repeated lies? When you could just tell me upfront my job was bad? Why order a second batch of articles if the first batch was bad? Why ask me to send an invoice for payment? Why ask for my account details for a direct bank transfer? Why all the many lies? Were they afraid to tell me my job was not used? Is it that nobody in the company was bold enough to tell me to my face? Why wait until 3 months to now bring up this lame excuse? Looking at their facebook page I saw a review by one Mark Anthony that ClickFlame doesn't pay employees on time. I wish I saw it earlier than I did. Just two weeks ago (27th Sept. 2019) Guy Tate of ClickFlame sent me this email: Hi Kevin, Sorry for my late reply. I have been crazy busy. I can't pay via Paypal. We dont have a paypal account and it doesnt give me the option to allow me to simply use my card. Please find a way for me to pay via a credit card and I will send the payment quickly (I promise). Thanks, Guy If my job was bad as Anthony Limbert of ClickFlame now claims, why were they apologizing and promising to send payment? Why? Is this not fraud, is this not broad daylight robbery? Is this not deliberate and well-calculated to defraud me?”

“This is a truthful and honest account of our experience and the reason why we can’t recommend Red Cow’s service to any prospective clients. This is our opinion and you are free to make up your own minds up. We engaged with Red Cow June of 2019 media to help us improve the visibility of allvanleasing.co.uk which was a domain that had little attention up to this point. They began with the usual audit and some on page changes for the first couple of months which we were pleased with. It was basic stuff but it was what the website needed. We started seeing some traction and had no reason to doubt their quality. However, things went sour quickly starting in September when they began to build links towards the website. Instantly, it became obvious that they were simply paying for guest posts with aggressive exact match anchor texts – an example can be found here: http://mahdi-news.com/audi-announces-driverless-goals-for-the-near-future/. For anyone who is even remotely clued in with SEO knows that these violate several of Google’s own link scheme policies (https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/66356?hl=en) which meant that as of today we have had to disavow pretty much every link they’ve built for us. A total waste of time and money on both sides and shocking to be honest. Immediately, we stopped being happy clients and became unhappy clients and we raised this issue straight away. We continued to get invoices but stopped getting work updates. At this point, Stephen McCance stepped in to defend Red Cow’s actions and to quote him “You can second guess work and links all day long, at the end of the day it's all subjective and opinion as to what is and isn't a good link.”. We felt that it was a bad link and they felt it was a good link. I have a document which can be made available to anyone with details of our complaints. So to be clear for any clients potentially wanting Red Cow to help with links – you may get poor links built towards your website that violate Google’s guidelines but Red Cow’s opinion matters more. If you disagree, tough. Pay the invoices. Like he has said, it is all subjective and a matter of opinion so if you feel the example link is good then you’re in luck, if not then do not use. Feel free to contact us for more example or simply plug the domain into ahrefs, Moz, Semrush etc and make your own mind up. What happened after this was perhaps the most abhorrent and cowardly act I have ever seen from a service provider of any type in all my years in the industry. Stephen decided that he did not want to speak with a paying client anymore, we were unhappy and he did not want to apologise or accept what we were saying. A quote from Stephen “I will not go into this any further, I will not be attending a meeting or spending any more time on it, Please settle the outstanding invoices, or we will be forced to proceed with legal action.” In our opinion, we had Red Cow bang to rights and they were forced to defend themselves to the point where they realised they couldn’t. It was impossible to defend the links they were building so long as the Google’s link guidelines existed. It was at this point where we were ‘happy’ to part ways. It seems good practice for a client and provider to be able to part ways amicably should a disagreement like this come up. Not for Stephen and Kelly. They wanted us to be unhappy and paying. At this point they had built two links in October (equally as bad as the previous) and we still have had no evidence of any other work being done. They had the cheek to invoice us for October, which we did not pay as we had no evidence of the complete work being done or the month end report. They proceeded by sending our account to a collections team and STILL failed to provide evidence of what they actually did for the money. Because of the lack of evidence of work we have had to assume they didn’t do the work because if they aren’t able to build poor links then what else could they possibly do? Nothing. Upon receiving the email from the collections company I asked Stephen: “Stephen, What work was done for this invoice? What is the time frame for the work and where can I see a report that this invoice would have covered? If you remember, I sent the last email to no response and you point blank refused to discuss the matter but now you want us to pay for the service? Please help me understand the situation “ I have yet to receive a reply which I am not surprised – the work was poor quality and they simply did not do the contracted hours. This has been an immensely regrettable experience, Red Cow have been the clear winners with limited efforts, all invoices (and then some) paid and they didn’t even need to all the work thanks to some clever wording in the contract. Their actions, we feel, leave a stain on the SEO industry and we hope that we can help potential clients ask some hard questions at the pitch process about how they plan on building links and how do they deal with disputes.
