The overall experience with successive digital has been amazing. 5 out of 5. The project was all about building the Shopify store from scratch for seamless integration and customer experience. We were facing difficulties with customers placing orders through the offline route. That's where we decided to build the E-commerce store. The main deliverables were an attractive hero image, compelling product description, trust badges, adding the about us page, a selling page where customers can come and select their lens of choice and add it to the cart. Shopify experts at Successive Digital thoroughly guided us through their design phase. They took us through the rapid prototyping phase and did the personal discovery with us. Once they created the store wireframe, they thoroughly guided us through the next stages. Once we transitioned into full-scale development, they built a website with the enabled features of Personalized billing to the insurance providers, patients, or physicians. We also asked them to build testing courier delivery features where We can accommodate virtually any specific pick-up requirements.

It was one of those scenarios where we knew where the project was on any given day. We understood where our sprints sat within the larger time frame. We were assigned 15 people from the team, including a business analyst, a project manager, two backend developers, a frontend developer, a full stack developer, three QA specialists, a designer, and a software team lead.
